The Expendables and Darkchylde head up this week's DST releases

The second Minimate set based on The Expendables 2 releases this week and it's packing some superstar power with the first mini-versions of Jean Vilain (Jean-Claude Van Damme), Yin Yang (Jet Li), Gunner Jensen (Dolph Lundgren), and Toll Road (Randy Couture).
That might actually be the best set yet based on the uber-action series by Sylvester Stallone; Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, and the main man Sly himself notwithstanding. I've become a huge fan of this property and quite frankly- the more the merrier.
Expendables 2 Minimates Series 1 Box SetThe Expendables are back! Sylvester Stallone's all-star line-up of black-ops bikers recently returned in Expendables 2, and now DST is bringing you more of your favorite Expendables in Minimate, as well as all-new characters from the new film! Yin Yang, Gunner Jensen, Toll Road and Jean Vilain will come in a single four-pack on a full-color blister card. Each Minimate stands 2 inches tall with 14 points of articulation and a variety of removable and interchangeable parts and accessories. The figures in this box set will only be available in comic shops and specialty stores, and look for the companion box set at Toys "R" Us!
Also this week is a really cool, 12" vinyl statue of Darkchylde. For followers of the character, this might just be a must buy.

Femme Fatales: Darkchylde PVC StatueThe latest Femme Fatales statue from DST! Ariel Chylde is a girl cursed to become the many creatures from her recurring nightmares. Every time Ariel transforms, she sheds her skin and a new nightmare emerges from her Id to act out her deepest, darkest impulses. Standing nearly 12 inches tall with her nightmarish wings, this statue of Darkchylde's Ariel is cast in high-grade vinyl and features a high level of detail and an exacting paint process.
