Bioshock 2 monsters arise from the Irrational vault

Irrational Games has released a few artist renderings of enemies that never made it into either of the Bioshock games. They're pretty grusome looking and really don't scream Bioshock to be honest, so I can easily see why they were cut.

Still, I could definitely imagine a specific section of Rapture that these could fit into. Maybe some kind of experimental Fontaine Futuristics lab for new plasmids or someplace testing overexposure to Adam- after all, we did see a little of the latter alluded to in B2. Could be cool if they were used in an extremely limited way...
